Charging Debit Card Numerous Times

Bought tablets for delivery cost only. 2 weeks later charged additional amt. To get a cargo of tablets that I've yet to receive. 14 days later incurred extra quantity of $44. That is crazy. They're taking from me yet others. Have tried numerous occasions to contact via telephone and mail. No reply from both. After I contact a saving claims there's a 45-minute delay. That's not really accurate. I'm needing to close-out my consideration and start a brand new one.
