I have had the same problem as the previous writer. I placed an order on 12/20/08 and have been trying to contact them since 12/29/08. I have sent 2 emails, left 2 messages, and called many other times to try to get in touch with anyone. I am really getting concerned. The response from TJM on here says they are just slammed for the holidays, but how hard would it be to send an email response? I have worked in Customer Service for the last 20 years, and no response is terrible customer service.
The money was also drawn from my account very quickly. I received an email stating the product would ship in 2-3 days around 12/26 and my order on their site still states that.
The prices are great, but it doesn't matter how cheap if you never get your order. I order stuff like this regularly, but have never run into this problem and no response like this...
