Susan G Komen Race For The Cure Active.com and Susan G Komen Race for the cure are using this fundraiser to scam kids into subscribing to magazines

Health & Medicine

My daughter participated in Race for the Cure (breast cancer research). We paid a registration fee (donation). I paid for this online. My daughter was then approached at the site of the walk about magazine subscriptions. My minor daughter accepted 3 free magazine subscriptions. After 3 months, the magazines began charging the credit card we used to register for the walk. Shame on you Active.com and Komen.org and Race for The Cure. Using a fund raiser for sick people to scam children into subscribing to magazines.

I wonder if any of this money went to the actual race for the cure.
