They are taking your cash without your permission and then she said i should of cancel the trial order which i did but they still are cheating me

They are riping peole off because a good business will have a legal address and would allow the customer to return the product if they are not satified with the company but they act as if i was stupid by saying you did not do or inform them in the right time frame but thats not true I ask the woman i talk to if thats true Im willing to take half the lost but she said I could only have 1/3 of my monet back and thats bad business over the internet if they was a business you could walk too yhey would'nt get away with this please let me know what i can do to get my cash back so far i had to change my debit card number because the was killing me with all the orders they sent.
