I ordered a hair care product from the website. My credit card was charged, but I never received the product. I sent two emails to customer support asking the statue of my order but never received a response.

I paid for the order through PayPal, so opened a dispute in PayPal a week ago. AllStateBeauty.com/Champu Salon has not responded to the dispute yet.
