Failure to ship merchandise as promised

I placed an order for this product in November. It was charged to my account November 30. However, in making the purchase the todal price was $10.00 over the price aggred on and when I tried to go back and correct it, I couldn't go back.

The page was lost. I tried to go back several times to correct this, but couldn't do it.

There was no phone number and when it appeared on my account, there was not address or phone number to call. I had to go on line and search for this address.
