Insurance Rip-Off

Teobaldo is a crook and a scammer. He knew that I had a pre-existing condition that no insurance company would insure. He told me that if I paid him $5,000 and went to his "special doctor" that he would get me insurance.

After the check cleared, he stopped taking my calls. When I call him from a number he does not recognize as me, he picks up, when he finds out it is me, he hangs up. He is a theif and a crook, preying on the sick.

I am reporting him to the Attorney General. I really hope he goes to jail, but I doubt it. Seems like the bad guys always get away with their scams in Florida.
