Junk Tanning Salon beds faulty equipment

I purchsed tanning equipment from ETS, incorporated. From day one we have had endless problems with the company as well as the equipmet. They shipped the 4 units in boxes and left it up to us to put the huge tanning beds together. We spent well over 16,000 dollars on equipment that in the past year has brken down at least once a month, hot liquid shooting out of the pistons in the beds while clients have been in them, pieces literally breaking off the units, the beds have no preformance and are basically junk.

I have made call after call after call to this company to try and rectify this situation but no one seems to want to help. My last resort was to fly to nashville tenn, to the tanning show so I could peronally speak with someone, a person and try to explain to them that I am loosing my business due to the poor customer support that they have had. They still did not remotely try to help.

I requesting that they take back these units that are just a year old, I have sent certified letters, spoke with upper management and they straight out told me that I am stuck with these units. This company does not stand behind there product. I wasted 16,000 and basically on the edge of loosing my business because of the faulty equipment.
