Well... No BS here... I have an ongoing unresolved complaint

I never received my original order from XLPharmacy.com (placed January).

After a formal complaint to XLPharm, they told me it would be "re-shipped" (early February).

What has pissed me off... Is that I could'nt wait...
So I placed an order from a competitor... It was shipped on 2-15-08 and I received it on 2-27-08

My initial question was... Were these guys BS'n me with the re-shipment? But, of course, why would they lie (had no problems with my prior order).

Look, I can understand "human error" or "mix-ups"... But I do expect to be told the truth.

My initial questions through this fiasco was... Did XLPharm verify my shipping/mailing address? Is this a common occurrence?

The only response I got was a "discount" on future orders!

So to all potential customers out there... STAY AWAY from XLPharm!!! They should change their name to XLHarm!!
