Gold Gym - Dr Phillps
Cancellation - Do not waste your money

August While I was working out at the Gold Gym at the Dr Phillps in Orlando, Fl my car and my friends car got broked in and all our belongs was stolen from inside of our car because of that situation we had to pay $400 to fix the window of our cars, then i decided to cancel my membership because i knew that my car was not going to be safe in their parking lot.

I called the gym many times and i talked to the general manager and he said that was not their responsabilities and If I want to cancel i had to pay for all the months left in my contract, so they charged my card for all the months left on my contract. They have a really bad customer service, they don't have any security and I don't recommend Gold Gym from the Dr Phillps to any one. Do Not Waste your money...
