Wu Long Tea For Life
Watch Out for "Membership" FeesR!

Health & Medicine

Be very careful with this company! I returned my unused tea (didn't do a darn thing) along with the paperwork required within the 30 days time limit. I also phoned the company to tell them I was opting out of any future purchases.

Well, 11 months later, I've found out that they've been charging my account a monthly "Membership" Fee of $19.95 that they say I agreed to; they tried to give me the run around saying I hadn't returned my tea in time or provided the necessary info to cancel the "membership" (which I had never joined in the first place).

After about 40 mins on the phone with a manager, he agreed to refund 4 months charges, then 6 months charges, then finally 11 months charges (after I threatened to get a lawyer involved.) It remains to be seen if they will actually refund my money. These people are conducting very unethical "business" - watch out for them!
