If you buy this product it will automatically sign you up for a "fitness" online club, you can cancel that. I called and the guy was polite and did not charge me. However Bromalite will not answer the phone. All you get is a recorded voice that says they are busy (cause the stuff doesn't work) and are experiencing technical difficulties and to wait. I did 30 minutes. No answer. I tried two other times on different days. Same story, recording and 30 minutes with no answer. The first two times was within the 14 day trail period, and then I emailed them at bromalite@verifyyourorder.com and got back a number which did no good. I will most likely have to change out my credit card and get my bank involved to stop further charges. At $69.95 per month, plus I didn't even get my product! Do not! Order from them.
