Scam artist, ripoff

I ordered a sample bottle of the acai berry, then a charge of $89.31 appeared on my debit card, I have called 5 times.
Everytime I call they say it will be 2-3 days and the money will be back into my account. That hasn't happened, I have called now over the course of a month. No money yet.
