In 1994 I bought a Conseco Life insurance plan (in those days referred to as Ma General Existence) for $176,266. Since that time, I've settled $20,000 about the plan. From 2001 I had been informed the plan might purchase itself about the interest gathered.in October I obtained a notice from Conseco stating that "Because Of management problems associated with my policy”, I've not been educated that my “policy is under funded”. They more suggest that “additional rates are needed". They advised me that my plan is underfunded by $7,400 which I should spend them in 60-days to ensure that my plan to carry on within the method decided in 1994. Additionally, I should start producing advanced payments from January within the quantity of $99.60 monthly for that remainder of my entire life to ensure that this plan to stay essentially.
