Can't cancel the insurance Lake Mary florida

Okay I order this insurance and most of the docs and pharmacies don't choose to accept the card or the discount isn't worth using the card. I decided I want to cancel by the date the person mentioned on the phone. Guess what I can't reach anyone except to leave a message. I now have to dispute the charges that are already billed to my credit card three days before the date I was told it was okay to cancel. I may even have to dispute the charges each month should American Health Advantage (which by the way said they were True Advantage) try to keep billing me. Ugh and Bllllh at the same time.
