Never Delivered Product

I purchased the product, which is the most expensive jump program available, and three weeks later I have not received the access codes needed to open the software to get the program. The codes are supposed to be sent within 24 hours of purchase. I have sent more than 15 emails and I have called. I cannot get any assistance or response. When I called they said that they only have one person that can help with any customer questions. It is the creator of the product, and they told me they don't know when he comes in or when I could get a hold of him. The Vertical Project has made no attempt to help me and I cannot get any answer on how to get a refund. From my experience, I would not recommend purchasing this product as you are not guaranteed to receive the product without a tremendous amount of stress and difficulty, and should you have any problems, receiving a refund is next to impossible. That is not comforting considering how expensive the program is.
