Walk Fit Walk-Fit, Yesterday, Nov 24 they ripped me off for $44.85. They must like to prey on the disabled

In October I ordered a pair of the support insoles for my wife and paid for them. Yesterday, Nov 24 they TOOK another $44.85 from my Visa account. I sent them emails and called customer service and am waiting to see what will be done but the fact that they did it at all should be against the law and probably is.

I am disabled and seem to be an easy target for companies that like to rip people off. Living on a very fixed income is not easy to begin with but when a company sneaks in obscure items in their shipping then steals from you it becomes impossible. I will be filing reports with the US Attorney General as well as my States Attorney General if the money is not replaced in my account.

I am tired of being ripped off by uncaring companies that apparently will do anything to get their money and Walkfit seems to fall into this catagory. Living with a closed head injury is a daily fight just to survive and some companies don't seem to care about anything except money. It is time to put a stop to these places that prey upon those of us who can't fight back.

I am grateful to complaint for giving us a voice and an avenue to reach out and hopefully hit these places where it will hurt their finances. If enough people read these reports and stop doing business with them, they will have to clean up their act and treat people right or go out of business.
