Continue to bill products to my mastercard, cant stop them. Van Nuys nationwide

I purchesed walkfit feet support from walkfit a few monthes back, a month later i recieved a package of joint support formula (dietary supplement) that i haven't orderd or authorized. A long with a customer service number 800-554-6051.

I tried to contact them time after time being on hold each time for hours at a time with no responds. I was able to get another number from Direct Mail Canada at 5130 Halford Drive in windsor; 800-928-5776. So i called the second number and a service customer rep andswered, she told that she can't adress the problem iam having and give me the first number above to call. I told the rep that i can't get hold of anyone there and i requested to talk to a superviser or a manager she said she cant do that, then hung up on me.

Also when they sent me the statement of the dietary pills it stated $51.13, my mastercard company told me there were over $60 charged at that time by walk fit.

I still have the products, i would like to ship it back to sender for the money refund, i don't know if it's the right thing to do. Please advice?

Remember Don't let them get away with it! Make sure theymake the consumer complaints. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.
