I called to cancel, got a confirmation #1378951 and now got another order and can't reach them by phone

I had ordered this product on line and tried it for 10 days with no results that I could see, so I called, having to try several times before I finally made contact and the individual was very polite and gave me a cancel confirmation number of 1378951 and today I received another order. I have not checked my credit card company (my next step) to have this charge refused and I will continue to call but I don't feel that I am responsible for any of this order.
