Illegal use of credit card, did not order product

The product Superstar Grin was shiped in my experience and charged to my credit card. I didn't get the product, or did i approve use of my credit card. This was completed on order # 1560162.
Consider this charge-off my charge card, and deliver me verification that it's been done. If I don't notice from you I'll change this issue to Their State Attorny General's Workplace.
