Trying to cancel further shipments

I terminated any more purchases 9-20-08 via email. I've been billed 56.90 on Oct. 14. It was picked out-of my bank account. I attempted to contact the 800 # and also the 866#, but got a saving. I don't need them to deliver me or cost me. This is actually the 2nd demand.
