Unauthorized charges of $9.95 each month after ordering alternative medicine book by Kevin Trudeau

ITV Global has been charging an unauthorized $9.95 for the last several months to my debit card. This was following an order of an alternative health book.

I have called to inquire or cancel these charges aand attempt to get other charges cancelled but instead, I get put on hold but being "tranferred to an operator". Have held for 15 - 30 minutes and still do not get an anyone to answer. This is definitely a scam.
