Rip-off like they rip your tooth out

I took my kids to this office first time and I ask them to consult with me before any service is performed if my insurance does not cover. I also told them that my kids panoramic x-ray is recently takenand available from my former dentist. I also do not wan my kids to beover-exposed to x-ray radiation. But they defied all that and for 10 months I did not hear from them and all of a sudden I received a bill and ask us for immediate payment (after 10 months without any invoice and any communication.

I sent back a dispute letter stating my points as above and they sent me a letter saying that I have to pay immediately plus 10% penalty and if I don't, they will send it to collection agency with 40% penalty. I called and they simply do not want to talk to me. This is the worst place to get your dental services. They are nasty and like sharks. Do not go there. Google for your information.
