They took me money which included diffrent websites they were charging me for generating my information and finding this website what a ripoff a big rip off imperial beach california

Drugstores on line took 224.00 of mine out of my account 99.00 was for membership fee believe me you are not treated like a member. I thought i was paying the membership fee and 45.00 for medication. I went to my online banking and noticed fees were almost 300.00 and overdraft fees. I went to the website to cancel no one responded for about a week and they did not answer any of my questions they were very rude (customer service) and also one of the supervisors his name is ilei (elie) he said he would help me but he didnt.

I was turned into collections for putting in a wrong acct number when i was filling out the information it was one number off they did not try to contact me first but straight to collections any way do not use this website ever it is a big ripoff they will not help you if help is needed they are very disrespectful because they have no idea of your medical history and treat you like they are doing you a favor. They dont answer questions or answer emails like it states on the website it says emails will be answered in a timely manner or something like that which is a bunch of bull. All this company did for me was take my money sent me to collections wrote me very unapproiate emails and wasted alot of my time.
