Titan skin tightening does not work, no refund, bad buisness

I paid $4000 for 3 sessions of titan skin tightening on my face. The before and after pictures are the same. They would not refund my money or give me $4000 credit at their salon to use for other services. All they offered me is a microdermabrasion session after me going there 3 times (which cost me hundreds of dollars since i'm located in pa and they only had a nyc location back then) to show them my face and they took pictures.

I asked for a refund but they told me that they will sue me for harassment if i phone them again. They offered me nothing, although it was obvious that i deserved a refund, and instead were rude and self righteous. I think no one will ever sue them cuz it's all really rich clientle who would be embarrassed to sue.

I wrote to the bbb and reported them. Hopefully you will beware of them and don't use their services.
