My girlfriend saw the commercial for Beachbody and thought it was a good idea. Naturally, I thought it would be fun as well. So I called unaware of what they were NOT telling me. I paid 60.81 for the thing. They tried to upsell me and I said no. I had three installments to pay afterwards of 39.90. A little ambiguous for a couple of DVDs and a few pamphlets.

I paid two of them. No sooner did I pay these two was I informed after asking an online representative that I had no more payments to pay. What? That can't be right. I went right back and got another representative to tell me just the opposite. You have X amount of payments due of X amount.

Frustration mingles at this point. I receive more letters from Beach Body and eventually them telling me that it will be moved to a collection agency since the money hasn't been processed to them. Of course this is frustrating going back and forth and them telling me payments haven't been received.

I call a number on the most recent letter and lo and behold, they tell me I have not ONE but THREE payments of 39.90 due. I told the person over the phone that two of the payments were paid and that they need proof of it. I go over to Beach Body and they can't pull up any records of it. A second time I talk to a new representative and again I am told I have no payments due. This one 'Micah' has told me he has sent the case to an accountant department and expects to hear back from them within the day. Connection is lost.

This is the worst business I have ever done business with (next to Sprint) and I see no retribution or refunds in the future.instead I am out an incredible amount of money that wasn't supposed to be spent.
