Terrible company

If anyone is looking to purchase spa/nail salon products DO NOT BUY from this company. I recently placed a order from a company called "Quality Beauty Supplies" for European Touch spa chairs and other nails supplies for my new salon. First off all the chairs I ordered at $4,000 each was all defective USED chairs, and one model wasn't even the chair I ordered. They refuse to give money back on returns!!! My sales rep (David) whom I meant at the Las Vegas trade show is so hard to get in contact of its ridiculous. This company is a complete scam they take your money and send you defective equipment BEWARE
