Poor customer service / clueless pharmacists

We used-to have an Eckerdis. It had been clear, structured. The team was client-focused. Support was excellent. Pharmacy was superb.

Eckerd was offered and converted into a Riteaid. It's terrible. Bad support. Fool pharmacy. The shop is reduced and seems claustrophobic.

I'm changing to CVS around after by using this drug-store for ten years.
