Debt From Fitness Club Closed in Three Days Led to Court Filing

Asset Acceptance had brought my account from Bellys Fitness which I didn't know anything about it. I had closed this account with belly's three days after I had open it. Years later here comes Asset Acceptance Credit. By the way I disputed this account which was removed from my credit report. Asset than had file with the court. I tried to appeal this but the clerk said it was to late. I didn't know anything about this until it was late.

Now that this company have this account I now have to pay for something I didn't use. I never work out at Belly's. Asset had add a high interest rate on this account which total $3,900. I shouldn't have to pay for this if I close it with the company and disputed it on my credit report.
