Stay Far Far Away from IQ Derma! Don't Know California

I can't believe how stupid I feel right now. How many times are you told not to give your credit card information. I am a grown woman who grew up in the city so I would not consider myself to be naive, but how fine can the fine print be that you don't see beyond the line that states... YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL ONLY BE USED TO CHARGE THE SHIPPING OF 3.95 WHICH IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE FREE, FREE TRIAL!

My daughter periodically gets a bad case of acne. We don't know where it comes from since she is already 21 but I thought that perhaps some of IQ products might help her so I ordered a trial just to see if it would help. Shortly after receiving it she started trying it with really no results to speak of. I was continuously bombarded with e-mails for IQ Derma telling me that I had 15.00 coupon if I chose to use it toward more products. Obviously, since my daughter stopped using it, there was no reason to order any.in the meantime I have received at least 10 e-mails from this company reminding me of these 15.00 coupons expiring but never once did they mention that they not only charged my card 3.95 for shipping which was fine by me but then charged my card 89.95 for the FREE FREE TRIAL - NO OBLIGATIONS.
When they sent me the second box of products (to my surprise), I e-mailed them and asked them, why they sent me a second box of products when I had not ordered; and by any crazy chance, have you charged my credit card? Knowing full well that they had my credit card information for my approved charges for shipping the sample to me. I know that most people are like me and just pay their bills when they are due without looking at every charge. Not only did they charge me 89.95 for the free trial but they also charged me another 89.98. So now I have spent $180.00 on products that I was not even aware that were charged to my account. Isn't it fraud when companies charge asking permission or sending even confirmation of charges? I just can't even imagine how this company can get away with it.

After several calls to IQ Derma, they agreed to refund the second box which has not be opened but I'm so worried that they will say that they didn't get it that I'm springing for the charges to mail it to them UPS so I can track the package and get a signed receipt.

My one regret is that I did not go on line and do a public search of what people say about this company. I only did it after I've got burned.

Who ever reads this, please do your homework first before you give your credit card number to anyone even when the offer sounds too good to pass up.
