Kelly P.gifford does poor re-pigmentation work. When she and Tammy Wedel were informed that a second and third opinion revealed improper and substandard work, Tammy Wedel became very belligerent. Tammy also threatened to dismiss Kelly Gifford if I were refunded any money at all.
