Beware of Texas Contractor named Gifford who rips off 91-yr old lady & sick daughte

This is a contractor that will deceive you into thinking he is honest because he does acceptable drywall/painting work. When he says he is a craftsman in all construction trades, BEWARE, he does shoddy work and tries to camoflauge it as he just did to my 91-year old mother in Lake Jackson, Texas. I will have to go down there from Ohio and tear up 100% of his work and re-tile my mother's home. Thus my mother's hard-earned savings of $1482.00 is blown away. He also took advance $1500 deposit from her sick daughter, my sister, to begin bathroom remodeling. After proving himself to be dishonest the daughter cancelled the job the next day but Gifford would not give her deposit back.
