Misinform client about freeze the account, and continue to charge them

I sign up with Russell in LA fitness in Scottsdale Arizona in the beginning of Summer with my two college kids with the clear explanation that we will freeze the account in Fall.in late July (more than 30 days), I sat down with Russell and he told me right there he froze the accounts for me with no charge, and no billing will take place in September. Then in September 3, I found out they still charging my credit card, and told me the accounts are not frozen. And they can not reverse the payment, and the only way to stop payment is to cancel the accounts.

I think LA Fitness uses this kind of misleading tactic to bill his customers. Do not join such club.
