Doctor very insulting

I supplied dr. Purwel with3 mri reviews &1 exray statement dr. Purwel dismissed these reviews & started informing me since I am on impairment that i possibly experience despair (which i don't) I've nothing more straightforward to do all day long but to sit down around & focus on all my achs & problems he also continued to pitch me about how fortunate i was to reside within the u. Sd. Since easily existed anywhere otherwise I'd be completely desperate but he was prepared to do an epidural i told him how I had been sensitive ito colors or distinction &that it turns my breathing along. He went forward & created a scheduled appointment for an epidural in whatever way i named & ended that visit your day before then he decreased me &though I Have madenumberous efforts to make contact with doctor. Sani who I had been informed brains progress pain-management & take a seat on the medical panel hasn't created an effort to contact me to solve this problem additionally I had been informed I had been barred from all there places & physicians.
