I should add I have degrees in both anthropology and psychology and experience dating back to days with tim leary. I should have researched better. Found this after the fact: total root is "a worthless product not used anywhere in the world." So I bought sawdust. I got one reply to 10 emails and that was nasty. They are now doing business under a number of names. They are clearly both a rip off and/or ignorant. Ignorance can be dangerous with the products they purport to sell.

They will rip you off! I once ordered some stuff there and it all went fine. Took only 2 days to reach me. Now i wanted to order some more and all this crap started: they dont respond to support tickets or email. The package they sent didnt arrive. I really spammed their support forum alot in the last days. So it couldnt be that they just somehow missed seeing my questions.
