Asks you to wire (Western Union) $ and they will send tracking #. They don't send product, tracking #. San Bruno Or San Mateo California

I wire money according to their instructions. They explicitly say they will send a FedEx tracking # with receipt of payment. After they get your money they disappear.

To catch them, I ordered under a different e-mail address. They responded immediately, proving they were ignoring my original order.

I have sent their web address to the FBI and FTC but will take every option I can think of to stop folks from getting ripped off.
