Tried to get my checking acct info for automatic insurance monthly withdrawals

Received fax flyer from Company called Health Care Solutions. Medical plan is too good to be true. They claim to not have any website in order to "save money and pass the savings along to the consumer". They just want an application with my checking acct number since they have to automatically debit checking accounts. They claim to set up a consumer with an A rated insurance company but wont give info on who. Looked up rip off report on this company and found all the scams listed. Their phone number given on the flyer is 888-245-2324.
