I am not a whistle blower, but Ameriben Solutions health care company really aggravated me by wasting many hours of my time and not paying my claim. I contacted them at least 7 times over the course of 6 months with an approximate wait time of 20 minutes each, sometimes I had to talk for over an hour to discuss and try and track down where the check for my unpaid claim went.

Ameriben Solutions has a terrible claim repayment policy and delivery system, I wouldn't trust them to reimburse you on their claims. I have never had so many problems it almost reminds me of trying to track down reimbursements for claims when you buy something at the store and it says mail in the rebate form and you never see a check,

Well Ameriben Solutions Health Care Providers was just like that, they never paid my claim, and more importantly they wasted many hours of my time thinking about them for 6 months after the first time they said they reimbursed me, then calling and then checking my po box for the never received check.
