Well I fell for it too... I really wish i had read these BEFORE I ordered. I ordered a bottle on 07/03/08 and paid the shipping cost. Unfortunately I misread the paperwork and didn't realize that I had to send back the bottle to cancel the order. So sent in the a letter telling them I wanted to cancel my subscription. They say they never received it. So when I was charged the $49.95 I emailed them to get a refund. They gave me a cancellation number and said to return the bottle for a refund. Then 3 days later I had an additional $39.95 charged to my card, and at that point they over drew my account so I had to pay a $35.00 overdraft fee. When I called them they stated that it was their mistake and they would refund me for the second charge BUT not the original charge and NOT the $35.00 overdraft fee. They said that they didn't receive the original bottle back before the 30 days expired (Which it had already been 28 days when they gave me the return number so what did they expect?) So I am out $84.98 (and thats assuming they actually do credit me back the $35.95, which they have not done yet... I wonder how long that will take?). I am a single mother of two and I live paycheck to paycheck and I can not afford to lose $85.00. I don't know whether to scream or cry...

I am horrified at how they do business. I know some of the blame lays at my feet since I didn't fully understand the policies... BUT this is nothing more then a rip off site and I STRONGLY advice against anyone purchasing anything from this company.
