Sales rep... His name was jesse sales consultant flat-out lied!"swore" it was "not" a discount card! ~ beware nbc, llc! ~

We are without medical benefits for 6 months and have been shopping for medical coverage for a couple of months to help us with the high cost of prescription medications - Needed for specific conditions. Through trial and error we have learned EXACTLY what to ask for our EXACT SPECIFIC needs when dealing with these so-called insurance brokers/companies

When sales consultant (whom I should name, but won't) from National Benefits Consultants, LLC first contacted us, he went throught the same old sales pitch, so when we asked SPECIFICALLY DETAILED questions... This guy FLAT-OUT LIED just to get the sale! He just spoon-fed us everything we wanted to hear even though every word was a Lie. When we deeply delved into questioning and still had doubts, he even became angry and SWORE everthing he said was true and accurate and he "SWORE" this program was "NOT a discount card". He SWORE that "ALL"... And "EVERY MEDICATION" would cost $10, $20, but "Never More" than $30 Per Prescription Medication - no matter what the regular cost may be. We named Specific Medications with exact number of pills needed for a One Month Supply along with their regular costs... Again he became quite irrated and swore that it didn't matter what, how many or the cost.in fact, he said he uses the same exact plan through NBC, LLC for his own personal meds and they've Never cost him more than $30 at most.

Our decision to try National Health Consultants, LLC was Not a One-Time Rash Decision phone call. We spoke to the sales consultant on the phone for well over an hour... Just the "First Call". We spoke to the same guy several times over "Two Weeks" before deciding to give it a try.

... On the first call, sales consultant said they had a special promotion going on - the offer was only good for "that day"... Of course we learned after dealing with at least 30 or so of these "companies"... It was just another line, such as..."you called at just the right time! It just happens to be open enrollment week and we only do this once a year!"... So, this guy told us he held our names & information aside... So we could still have the so-called "special offer rate"

We paid nearly $300 for a "One-Time, NON-REFUNDABLE" FEE. We were told everything would be in effect almost immediately. We waited for the insurance numbers but of course that didn't happen. It was Friday, almost 5PM. So "WE" finally called them on "Tuesday" to get the numbers. When we went to the pharmacy - nothing was set up and ready for use as we were told it would be... We were told they needed a couple more Hours. After we were finally officially in the system and we went back to the pharmacy to pick up the medication... The pharmacist said Our Cost "WITH" NBC, LLC for "ONE" Medication was $500... Not $10, $20 or $30 as their sales consultant SWORE to...

Whats interesting is Even for a "Discount Card" (which the consultant Swore that it Was NOT)... Theres NO "Discount"... The medications regular full cost was $550... $500 after using NBC. Llc... $50 savings... Yet the plan cost $195 per month.

Why kind of a company is National Benefits Consultants, LLC for allowing their Sales Consultants to say ANYTHING... Be it TRUTH or LIES... Just to get a sale... And... The "Non - Refundable" "One-Time" Fee... Which is obvious why its "non-Refundable. Beware.
