Promised shipment of my glasses in 2-4 days but still nothing after a month

I ordered a pair of glasses from 39 dollar glasses over a month ago. The next day I got an email saying they would be shipped in 2-4 business days.

Their website gives a toll free number to call but I get put on hold for about 20 minutes then the recording says that there is no one to take my call. The website also says that there is live chat availble but evertime I sign on it says there is no one avaliable to chat.

I have gotten 3 emails apologizing for the delay and one email said they would ship on Jul17 next day delivery. Here it is a week later and still nothing.
