I checked my account online two days ago and found two withdrawls that were not ordered or card number given.

I called and the female on the other end could not give an explanation as to where the charges came from. She made no offer to refund the money after being informed that I had not ordered the services.

I told her that I wanted to cancel the services, she wanted my email to send me a conformation of cancelation but have not received it. We will be calling back again.
