Failed to provide product already paid fo

I told LA Weight Loss Center on W Broad in Richmond, VA that I traveled a lot for work and they said they were located all over the US. I paid for a full program as well as all the product needed. I was temporarily relocated for work to Nashville, TN. I found out then that the company was "private", not national. The office in Richmond agreed to put the Program on hold due to no location in TN that would honor the program.

Home from TN to VA and picked up some of the product to begin. Now the location is closed and I paid several thousand dollars in fees and product, of which I do not have.

How do I AT LEAST get the product I paid for? Is it possible to have anyone in the program honor the program and/or the product I paid so much for?

This office totally misrepresented themselves, as I was very clear on the first visit that I traveled a lot for work. They said, no problem.
