Provida
(Micheal Therman) Provida charged me for the product but won't give it to me! P.O. Box 16667

I ordered the Provida package on May 29. I still haven't received anything. All I get is the run around. The manager Sergio said he gave the money back but I never got it. I asked him for the headquarter's address to take them to court and all I got was a P.O. Box. How convienient. It is not legal to send court papers to a post box. However through research I got the correct address thanks to the internet.
