Jacqueline Pham, the new owner of the Mind & Body Day Spa in Gaithersburg, Maryland, is failing to honor gift cards for services at her establishment.
Her reasoning is that she recently purchased the business and doesn't have to honor the commitments made to customers before the business was purchased. She added that she "didn't buy their debt" and told me that I could call the old owner or my credit card company to try to get a refund.
