Sometimes prescriptions are covered and sometimes not. The same prescription one month will be covered and then the next month rejected. When I call SRC they claim that the pharmacy is not using the APM Database correctly and assure me I am covered. Upon returning to the pharmacy the APM Database still rejects me. I ask the SRC representative "So I am just SOL?" She tells me to try another pharmacy. They do not have any program to file claims for prescriptions after they are filled.
Also, I have to send the same bill 2 or 3 times to the claims department (even though my Doctor has already done this and if they pay anything, it takes up to one year for payment to be made.
