Charged my account for 84.90 twice and it wasn't authorized

My credit card was charged two months in a row for 84.90 for something i didn't order. I disputed the charges and one was removed the second was charged back. I finally got a hold of an idiot named loni after 2 months of calling. All she wanted to do was argue. She said she wasn't allowed to give the owner or ceo of the companys name. Said she was just trying to feed her kid. The phone i have says utah but she gave me a street adress in vegas. Shes not overly bright and obviously a crook. How do i get my money back now. The phone number is now disconnected.
