SERENDIPITY LABORATORIES Caren Engelbrecht ripoff order supplies two months ago, company will not reply dishonest ripoffs WESTERN AUSTRALIA

I ordered products October 1 now it's Turkey Day USA (November 28). Looks like I was their turkey and I did not even get a KISS. I have sent four emails, only one reply, see blow:

I have just returned to the office after beng away at t4rade shows, I have
looked into your order and at least 8 orders were somehow overlooked. They
are being sent today and I will have a tracking number for you later today.
Which we will email to you later today. Please accept our most sincere
apologies. For this unforgivable error.
