Company Does Not Respond or Settle Claims

I had a routine exam and x-ray done on March 11 and filed a claim form (as advised by Delta Dental's customer service). Since that time, I haven't had any response on my claim. I contacted Delta Dental on numerous occasions, via email and phone.

Each response is the same, send in another claim. As a matter of fact, I mailed a claim on 3/14,3/28,4/3,4/9 & 5/19 and they insist they never received them.

I live in the State of Ohio, however, my claims are handled out of the office in Farmington Hills, Michigan. I contacted the BBB in Michigan, however, after no response in 30 days, BBB closed the claim. I recently filed a claim with the Michigan Attorney Generals Office and am waiting for a response from them.

I was able to locate a fax number today (5/27/08) and faxed another complaint, but I probably won't hear from them either.
