Be prepared to be ripped off

In 2006 I went into Hasley Dental Group to get a basic cleaning. I was told that I should purchase a mouth guard because I suffered from TMJ. The mouth guard that was recommended was their hard plastic mouth guard which cost $450. Needless about a year later I went back in for another check up and mid way through my cleaning they sent in a "Consultant" that told me that mouth guard I previously purchased was no good and that the hard plastic mouth guards can cause your teeth to shift. Of course at this point I wanted a new mouth guard. I was told that I would have to pay an additional $450 for a new guard. I was outraged! I asked to speak with the office manager and she stated that they could not do it for free and that I would have to pay for another mouth guard. I then proceeded to tell her what the "consultant" said then the consultant lied and said she never told me that. The "consultant" then proceeded to say that she said either mouth guard would work.
I have been told time and time again that these people are ripoff's and I learned first hand.
